What are the moments in your life that you really felt that you were living, rather than just surviving or struggling through?
Over the last five years, I have been asking hundreds of people about the experiences when they felt most alive. In this session, you will learn about these experiences, the emotions that people feel, and what it really means to feel alive. More importantly, you will learn simple exercises and habits that can make you connect with the magic moments that make you feel alive.
