Yagerian Method (formerly known as Subliminal Therapy) is very efficient and fast way of working with Parts.
This method is very successful when used for addictions, chronic pain, auto-immune diseases, anxiety and, depression or weight loss, to name just a few.
It makes use of what is called Centrum, a central part via which you then communicate and work with all other parts.
This method can be very well used as contact-free intervention and it usually take 20-30 minutes at the most.
