Our aim is for you to become the go to resource in people and organisational development utilising your NLP skillset.

About Mark and Wyatt

Mark Deacon is a certified INLPTA NLPTrainer and mBIT Master Coach and Trainer with a previous 27 year career in both the retail and food manufacturing sectors where he held several senior management positions. He is particularly interested in transformational development, working with senior executives and organisations wanting to excel.

Wyatt Woodsmall, PhD is certified by the Society of NLP as a Master Trainer and Master Modeler and is the co-founder of INLPTA. He is a pioneer in applications for modeling excellence, having done it both in government and in the private sector, and continues to be actively involved in ongoing modeling projects and related training.
