Pay your £100 (exc VAT) deposit for a pass to the In-Person weekend of the 2024 NLP Conference and the Virtual Series leading up to the Conference by 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2023.
This non refundable deposit secures your place at the conference, including attendance in person on 11th and 12th May, as long as the balance of the Super Early Bird pass balance of £220 + VAT, is paid in full, by 31st January 2024. This will be invoiced to you.
The 'Spread the Cost' ticket price is higher than if you pay in full at the time of purchase. The additional cost covers the increased administration time required to give the 'Spread the Cost' option.
The deposit plus balance includes access to the In-Person weekend of the Conference plus access to the virtual conference weekend.

Exclusive for Delegates only - ALL Conference sessions will be recorded and available for 6 months after the event closes.

PLEASE NOTE:
- If you wish to transfer your ticket to virtual attendance, there will be £100 transfer fee to cover administration and it will be subject to availability.
- Accommodation is not included. Please arrange this with the hotel direct. A bed and breakfast discounted room rate code will be shared with you.
Deposit - IN-PERSON
All Attendees at the conference are required to:
- be 18 or over
- hold an NLP certificate, Diploma or above
All passes include:
- Access to 4 days of the conference
- Access to all session recordings for 6 months after the conference ends
- Access to the conference networking app before during and for 6 months after the conference
Section 12.4, 12.5, 12.6 and 12.7 of our T&Cs states:
12.4 If you purchase a place upon a conference or workshop, the following refund policy will apply:
• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the event - full refund less admin fee of £50 + VAT
• Cancellation between 2 and 6 weeks before the event - 50% refund
• Cancellation 2 weeks or less before the event - no refund
Any conference or workshop place booked on a “Spread The Cost” offer includes a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit - this is not refundable under any circumstances. Any payments made under a “Spread The Cost” offer will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation criteria listed above, after taking into account the non refundable deposit.
12.5 NLP International Conference Ltd reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchased using an exclusive discount code (coupon), which has been used without meeting the terms of the discount.
12.6 Postponement - NLP International Conference Ltd reserves the right to postpone the conference or workshop(s). “Postpone” means that the Conference is moved to a new date with at least 50% of the same programme of presentations, presenters and/or workshop topics. If the conference or workshop is postponed, any ticket(s) purchased will be automatically transferred to the new date. Following postponement of the Conference, any refund requested will be given in line with the cancellation policy (12.4)
12.7 Transfer – if you wish to transfer your ticket from virtual to in person or in person to virtual, there will be £100 fee to cover additional administration. Transfer requests will only be considered up to 4 weeks before the event and are subject to availability.
BACKGROUND:
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and NLP International Conference Ltd, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. The conference is only open to persons aged 18 or over at the time of the Event.

These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers buying Goods in the course of business.
4. International Customers
If Goods are being ordered from outside NLP International Conference Ltd’s country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. NLP International Conference Ltd is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and NLP International Conference Ltd cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Subject to the exceptions in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions, all Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of NLP International Conference Ltd, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International Intellectual Property and other laws.
