Embrace the Power of Your Mind

I probably really only discovered the Power of my Mind when I was in my mid-twenties.  I was married with a toddler and a baby. Something significant happened that would change my mind and my life. This life changing event presented me with an opportunity and despite making many mistakes along the way I have now Embraced it. In fact, what happened back then Enriched my life and is still doing so today.

 

When I share this experience with you face to face my aim is to inspire you, because when I realised the power of my mind, I embraced that power to become the best I can be, every day.

 

Every day I am the Best I can Be.  My best is not always what you think it might be, though. Sometimes my best is just taking our dog for a walk. Accepting that is so Empowering. Life does not have to be in the fast lane, every single day.   

 

I believe that our thoughts influence our whole being and when you become aware of unhelpful thoughts you can choose to change them. Are you aware of what influences your thoughts? 

 

At the NLP Conference in May 2018, I will give you an insight into the Power of Your Mind, by way of an audience participation activity.  I will show you how to become aware of your thoughts and help you to understand what influences those thoughts, by presenting some examples, that some of you may not even be aware of. After all, ‘awareness’ is the key to ‘change’.

 

Changing something in your life is only possible when you are aware of what you need to change to give you a different and better outcome.  Many years of personal development have helped me to re-frame my thinking and when I become aware of an unhelpful behaviour, thought or feeling I pull on my skills, my training and my experience to make changes for a better outcome.

 

I will give you some tools that will support you to make changes to more helpful thoughts so that you could achieve a better outcome. For those of you who sometimes feel overwhelmed, I will demonstrate how you can listen to your thoughts and silence them. 

 

I have spent many years working on my own personal and professional development including NLP, CBT, TA, Psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, meditation and counselling skills.  I have been a School Teacher, event co-ordinator, facilitator and weight management counsellor and run several small businesses.

 

It hasn’t been an easy ride and I have made many mistakes.  However, I am grateful for those mistakes because it has brought me to where I am today.

 

Today I am a Director of Hive Property Group and we are building wealth from property together. My ambition is to have enough passive income from property, so that I can spend more quality time with my family.  I would also like to travel, experience different cultures and share my knowledge and experience with as many people as I can.  To teach people like You to Embrace, Empower and Enrich Your life to be the best You can be every day.
