What is culture? Often defined ‘as the way we do things around here’, culture is driven by a set of largely unconscious ‘Rules of the Game’. They’re what everyone learns when they join yet are rarely taught which is one of the main reasons why a corporate culture can be notoriously hard to shift. As a Culture Change Consultant and Master Trainer of NLP, I have had the opportunity to integrate many core NLP techniques into my culture change approaches. I have developed a strategy for culture change that has 4 key steps, each one more significant than the one before.
