Gene Early
Gene Early, PhD, is a leadership architect, executive coach, and creator of the 10x Model™, a transformational framework designed to help individuals and organizations move beyond incremental change into exponential growth. Over a four-decade international career spanning Silicon Valley, Europe, Hawaii, Australia and global advisory work, Gene has worked with CEOs, boards, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders to unlock transformative outcomes by aligning identity, culture, and leadership from the inside out.
Gene was one of the pioneers who brought Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Europe. As the first certified NLP trainer to live and work in Europe, he co-founded the continent’s first NLP training institute and helped develop the early European NLP training network. His work has consistently focused on translating NLP, behavioral modeling, and systems thinking into practical tools for leadership, organizational transformation, and human flourishing.
He was also a co-founder of Genomic Health, a Silicon Valley molecular diagnostic company, that produced the first genomic, breast cancer diagnostic test. There he shaped a people-centric culture ranked among the top 1% globally, demonstrating that culture is not a “soft skill,” but the operating system driving innovation and performance. Previously,
Gene served as Vice Chancellor of Operations for the University of the Nations-Kona, responsible for redesigning systems and infrastructure for this resource campus serving the university network spanning 600+ campuses worldwide.
Since 2001, he has also served as a Partner and now Senior Advisor with Leaders’ Quest, guiding learning journeys for multinational executives across four continents. At the heart of Gene’s work is a simple but profound belief, when leaders transform identity at the level of being, exponential growth through time and across contexts becomes a reality.
