Lindsey Agness & Sophie Baker

Lindsey is the founder of Team NLP and the first female Master Trainer of NLP in the UK accredited through the ABNLP. She is well-known in the field of organisational change. Recently, she has been focusing on developing an approach for those with anorexia to help shift their mindset towards recovery using NLP.

Sophie is a trainer of NLP and a qualified health coach. From 2022 - 2024 she was in recovery from anorexia after many years of suffering. She has been using her insights from her lived experience to work with Lindsey (her Mother) to create a game-changing method for supporting others to succeed in their recoveries.
