Do you ever find yourself working with clients whose inner experience cannot be reduced to a simple dilemma or two-part conflict? As our world, and inner worlds become increasingly complex, we need models that honour the richness of a client’s map while still allowing for clear, effective, and integrative change work.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to a new model of parts work designed specifically for complex internal systems. You will learn how to move beyond binary polarities into a multi-part relational approach that supports deeper coherence and transformation.

You will gain practical tools that you can immediately apply with yourself and your clients to shift entrenched blocks, stuck patterns, and problem states.  Ellena will share some stories of how this model has been applied for weight loss, self-esteem, complex family dynamics, creative blocks, and recurring emotional patterns.

You will also experience how a foundational set of parts work-specific presuppositions can themselves function as active change processes, reshaping the internal system as they are applied.

You will leave with a clear, structured approach to parts-work in complexity that enhances your existing NLP skills and expands your capacity to facilitate meaningful, lasting integration.
