Combining a number of metaprogrammes in a new model provides a practical new tool to ‘diagnose’ how our client is doing their Self’ing and thereby, help to raise their self and other awareness.      

In a largely Newtonian world, where people want information in ‘black and white’, in 2 dimensions; 3D would be challenging, but this model enables us to take our clients into the 4th Dimension…without a virtual reality headset!    

We will explore how to bring the metaprogramme combinations to life using avatars and make Ashby’s requisite variety a dynamic practice rather than a theoretical law.    

The session will be highly interactive, participative, with live action research and paired exercises using the new model. Learning Outcomes:
