We are all leaders, whether employed in organisations, or leading our own businesses and our own lives. This highly interactive session will aim to explore how aspects of mBraining and NLP, amongst others, can bring why and how we lead into a 21st century paradigm. ‘Love’ may not be the first word that springs to mind when we think of leading and perhaps it should be!

This session will cover elements of the neuroscientific and even neurohormonal bases of leading and share our modelling, born largely out of mBIT and NLP whilst co-authoring the Love Leading book.

There will be exercises to discover how our rapidly changing world requires a different approach. We will share relevant research and also be interested in your phenomenological contributions.
