Charlotte Noon
I’m Charlotte Noon, a coach, educator, and former secondary teacher with over twenty years’ experience working with young people and adults across education, transition, and employment.
My work focuses on helping introverted and neurodivergent individuals understand their strengths, communicate their value clearly, and navigate environments that may not naturally align with how they think and work.
Alongside coaching individuals, I also help organisations better recognise, develop, and retain valuable quiet and neurodivergent talent. With a background in secondary education, extensive experience as a GCSE examiner, a Master Practitioner NLP certification, and an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, I bring a perspective that bridges education, coaching, NLP, and workplace development.
A central focus of my work is the transition between education and employment — exploring why capable, thoughtful people often struggle after leaving formal education, despite strong potential and academic success. I am particularly interested in confidence, communication, identity, masking, burnout, and sustainable success for younger generations entering modern workplaces.
My approach is strengths-based, calm, practical, and reflective, integrating NLP, coaching, educational insight, and workplace understanding to support sustainable confidence, self-awareness, and authentic contribution. I am passionate about helping quietly brilliant people succeed without feeling they must become louder versions of themselves in order to thrive.
