Judith DeLozier

Judith DeLozier is one of the most inspiring and insightful figures you could ever meet, bringing over 40 years of expertise as a trainer, co-developer, and designer of programs in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

As part of the original group of students learning from NLP founders John Grinder and Richard Bandler, Judith has played a pivotal role in shaping many of the field’s core models and processes.

She is the co-author of The Encyclopedia of Systemic NLP and NLP New Coding, Turtles All the Way Down, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Vol. I, collaborating with Robert Dilts, John Grinder, and Richard Bandler. Judith was instrumental in creating the foundational NLP technique of Reframing. As a student of Milton Erickson, she modeled his methods for tracking and using trance states and metaphors.

Judith’s work has been especially influential in bringing NLP into the realm of transcultural competence, pioneering its use in developing cross-cultural skills. More recently, she has focused on modeling wisdom itself—distilling and sharing her insights with both NLP-trained practitioners and learners from diverse disciplines.
