Narmada Rao is a Psychologist, NLP Master Trainer and Coach with two decades of experience. She has coached over 13000 individuals from over 30 countries and authored 4 books, hundreds of blogs, and videos. 

She has presented at the Sharjah International Book Fair and also has been invited as a guest speaker in television news channels and international radio to provide her expertise on topics related to mental health and well-being. 

She has co-founded Master Yourself Academy in 2013, letting go her corporate career as an HR Professional, and has been facilitating NLP Trainings ever since to organizations, individuals, and educational institutions world-wide.
