Healing our Collective Story
Saturday 10th February - 09:00 (GMT)
Top Tip before attending Richard's session - Take time to think about influences from your family or cultural background. You could also read 'Transcendence Process Guidebook', which can be downloaded from Richard's website
This session will give you the understanding and practical skills to use Julia Kurusheva's NLP-based "Transcendence Process" for collective healing.
This process enables you to see beyond the individual challenges that you and your clients face. It helps you find resolution by understanding your situation in the contexts of wider collective systems of family of origin, community, culture and time in history.
You will be able to frame this process as a deeper empowerment than mere individual "self-help" and as a pathway to genuine forgiveness and loving connection with our collective human destiny. From our work in crises such as the war in Ukraine, and the Bosnian war and our work with social change organisations such as Greenpeace, we see this as addressing the most urgent crises that you and your clients face.
You will understand how these crises are ineffectively addressed by individual self-help and can be collectively transformed by your choosing to reconnect with the greater story of history itself.
You will integrate community group healing processes, applicable to large scale historical and cross-cultural challenges, into your work with clients and your self-development.
You will integrate cross-cultural and conflict resolution perspectives, into your client sessions.
You will experience the power of forgiveness and connection in a modern version of ancient shamanic community healing rituals.
You will be able to explain the scientific research behind cross-generational and cross-cultural healing.
You will be confident using Julia Kurusheva’s “Transcendence” NLP process for healing collective trauma, with clients and/or with yourself individually.
You will be able to identify and explain the systemic links between the 9 levels of collective integration taught in Transcendence.
