Dr Suzanne Henwood & Sarah Carruthers
Raising Consciousness Around Wise Decision Making
Saturday 10th February - 09:00 (GMT)
Top tip before attending Suzanne and Sarah's session...They say "Get curious when you make decisions - how do you know?"
Suzanne is an experienced speaker, writer, trainer and advocate for NLP, NLP Research and mBraining. Suzanne is an active coach, focusing on stress and anxiety and health and wellbeing activism.
Do you find yourself (and your clients) in a fast changing world with increasing uncertainty and chaos?
Do you want to find other ways of making wise decisions?
In this workshop we will share with you some of the research behind how people make decisions and we will show you how 7 years of research by our collaborative team (Suzanne Henwood, Sarah Carruthers and Andrew Barber) have challenged some of those models, offering a new WISE Decision Making model (and tool) that we believe offers huge potential across many contexts in coaching, business and beyond.
Come along and you will have a chance to reflect on how you are making decisions, cognitively, somatically and across all intelligences – and how you can assess and raise your level of consciousness around that.
To understand the current research about decision making
To explore how NLP, mBraining and mBraining2.0 can be used to extend current thinking (and share research to support that stance)
To explore your own decision making processes
To explore the WISE decision making platform and get an insight into the creation of a psychometric on line tool
